Risk Audit — how to use it in the Studio
The Risk Audit looks for risks and violations in the conversation that is already transcribed or extracted and returns the HTML report. It does not record or transcribe: that is done in the Input tab.
The best path: the role of every participant
The quality comes from the conversation you loaded — and here the ROLE of each participant is mandatory.
- In the Input tab, transcribe the audio (Audio card) or extract the WhatsApp conversation (Conversation extraction card) — in WhatsApp, choose INCLUDE MEDIA so the audio, stickers and emojis come along.
- Check the dialogue and the audio events and save the HTML report of the Input.
- Open the Risk Audit tab and click LOAD FROM INPUT: it fills in the conversation, the duration, the participants and the events.
- In Participants, set the ROLE of everyone: attendant, customer or bot. Without that the audit does not run.
- Check the duration, click RUN AUDIT and open or download the HTML report.

What you see in the form
Language of the conversationLanguage of the conversation. Filled in by the Input.
Response languageLanguage of the report. In the audit it is mandatory.
ParticipantsWho speaks in the conversation. Each one needs a Role: attendant (agent), customer (client) or bot.
Conversation durationDuration in seconds (mandatory). Only in a diarized conversation.
Call directionIncoming or outgoing call.
Diarized conversationThe dialogue with speaker and time on each turn.

What it costs
- The analysis is charged per character of the conversation — the longer the dialogue, the more credits.
- Only valid content counts: labels, times and audio events are not counted.
- Running again charges again: adjust the conversation before running.
- The usage stays in your credit history (see the Dashboard).
If something goes wrong
- The audit does not run without the role of everyone: in Participants, each one needs a Role (attendant, customer or bot).
- Missing data? Use LOAD FROM INPUT — it fills in the conversation, the duration, the participants and the events.
- Participants, duration or events do not show up: they only exist in a diarized conversation (with speakers).
- No credits: check the balance on the Dashboard.
- The HTML report comes in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
The Risk Audit looks for risks and violations in the conversation; the Diagnosis is analytical (quality and compliance). You are responsible for having the consent of the people in the conversation (GDPR/LGPD).
