This website is a presentation and information page about the FalaAI product family (FalaAI Studio, FalaAI API and FalaAI MCP). The features available on this website include:

11. Purpose and definitions

This document governs the use of the falaai.action.tec.br website and of the FalaAI product family, composed of FalaAI Studio, FalaAI API and FalaAI MCP, offered by Action Tec Brasil. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the rules apply to all of them. Definitions: Account, Subscription, Billing cycle, Plan, Credit, Prepaid pack and API Key (personal and non-transferable credential, applicable to FalaAI API and FalaAI MCP).

These terms govern the use of FalaAI Studio, FalaAI API and FalaAI MCP, in addition to this website. Product-specific conditions are stated in the corresponding item and prevail over the general rule.

13. Account, API key and acceptable use

The account is personal and the API key is secret, under the holder's responsibility. The API key authenticates FalaAI API and FalaAI MCP; FalaAI Studio is accessed through the account in the browser. Illicit use, unauthorized resale, attempts to bypass limits, reverse engineering and any use that violates third-party rights are prohibited. Technical limits may be applied to preserve service stability.

14. Prices, subscriptions and packs

Subscriptions are billed recurrently per cycle; prepaid packs are paid once. Prices and currency are shown according to the language/country of purchase and taxes may apply. Consumption is measured in credits.

15. Plan changes (upgrade and downgrade)

An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata charge for the current cycle. A downgrade takes effect on the next renewal; while a change is scheduled, a further plan change may be blocked for safety.

16. Converting prepaid pack balance when changing plans

When moving to a plan with a different value per credit, the prepaid pack balance is converted using the new plan's rate. The rule preserves the amount already paid and never increases the balance. The same criterion applies when the subscription expires and the account returns to the free plan. This conversion also applies in the event of delinquency (item 17), when the account is migrated to the free plan, and it is final and irreversible.

17. Renewal, payment failure, cancellation and expiration

The monthly balance is tied to the subscription cycle and is not renewed without payment confirmation. If there is no confirmation by the end of the cycle, the remaining monthly balance is zeroed from 00:00 (UTC) of the day after the due date, and the prepaid pack credits already acquired are kept (they do not expire). FalaAI may retry the failed charge according to the rules of the payment provider; once payment is confirmed, the monthly balance is restored with the credits of the subscribed plan. After 1 (one) month of delinquency, the account is migrated to the free plan and the prepaid pack balance is converted according to item 16, based on the amount actually paid; that conversion is final and irreversible. The Client is notified by email and/or in the dashboard, at the due date and before the conversion. Cancellation stops the renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.

18. Prepaid packs

Prepaid packs do not expire and can only be purchased in the plan to which they are associated.

19. Refunds, chargebacks, limits, support and termination

Refunds follow applicable law and the nature of digital content already consumed; chargebacks may suspend the account. Usage limits are stated in the contracted plan. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where applicable.

20. Termination and data export

Upon termination of the contract, the CUSTOMER may request the export of the data it owns. FalaAI will provide account, usage and billing data in .CSV files (one file per entity, with relationship identifiers), via a temporary link, within 60 (sixty) days of a valid request. Volume, time window and batching follow the contract. No product of the family stores the processed content (conversations, transcriptions, analyses, result JSON, reports and audio files): that content is processed and discarded (Zero-Storage) and therefore is not part of the export or of retention. This clause does not affect the rights of data subjects under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
